  I was looking for a small but comfortable couch to fit in my new apartment. When I first walked into Ashley I was hesitant- it was a very busy Saturday- but started to shyly look around. That's when Jim approached me and asked if he could help. I told him my budget and room dimensions and he lead me to my perfect couch! I will forever be grateful for how he made time for me and my new home needs. I will definitely be returning to Ashley for future furniture needs! :)

  I had an initial issue regarding being able to pick up a piece of furniture on clearance from the Greenwood, IN location. After an initial review on Yelp, I then worked with Sharon at the Ashley Escalation Center. She was able to work through the issue with me and get me in contact with the store managers. The managers were able to provide me with a reasonable discount for my troubles and were very cooperative and helpful. The piece that I ordered in the store was available for pick-up from their Distribution Center in less than 48 hours. While I did have some initials issues, Ashley appears to have good quality products and I would likely shop there again.
