  If I could give zero stars I would. Got my daughter's phone fixed with a new screen on Friday and paid for a screen protector to be put on, supposedly to protect the new screen. She was at the mall on Sunday afternoon and someone knocked it out of her hand. The screen protector is fine, but it certainly did not protect the screen underneath. The new screen is broken and guess what they told me.....there is no warranty on the screen protector to protect the screen!! What's the use of having their screen protector it it doesn't protect the screen and also doesn't provide any financial protection for the screen itself. I would not recommend ANYONE EVER take a phone there for repair. If they won't stand behind their most basic product, the screen PROTECTOR, what do they stand behind. Most worthless service place ever!! UPDATE: I received a call from the manager Cody. They have since taken care of the issue and fixed the phone at their expense. I still don't agree that the screen protector they sell does not guarantee the screen it is supposed to protect in any way, which was stressed to us when we took the phone in to be repaired the second time. However, they did take care of us this time..
