If you want a prestine shopping environment, go somewhere else. If you want to buy things at $.99 a pound, you shouldn’t expect much else beyond cheap stuff. You will need to sort through lots of junk, but I think it’s tons of fun. The people can be nuts though. New bins come out every hour and everyone swarms them.
