They are always having fun and focus more so in building connections with customers rather than selling shoes in general. Every time I go into the store I'm greeted with smiles and respect. Everyone is super helpful and I never fail to find what I need. Even if they don't have what I'm looking for in stock, they're always able to point me in the right direction. Overall I'm very pleased with the customer service that Journey's brings.
