  Well what can I say? I love Kohl's. I've always had positive experiences. You do have to watch their prices because sometimes even with 30% off the item could have been purchased somewhere else for a comprable or lower price imo. Customer service has always been friendly to me which is important to me. I have also ordered online and that has been a good experience too. Recently I ordered some drapes online and they came without the grommets that I thought they would have and customer service took them back with no questions asked. Unfortunately the store did not carry them either. Later I call the main Kohl's distribution Center and the person I talked to was very accommodating and help me to get the correct item.
