  My granddaughter had to take her phone into sprint store. Took a while to be seen because they were busy we understood that. When we were finally seen they told us they had to do something to try and get her phone working. It would take an hour. I had to go grocery shopping anyway. But when we came back we were completely ignored. After waiting about 30 minutes we are sitting down. These people walk in and this sales associate named Sara there walked passed us and asked if she could help them. She was rude and snobby. This was the worst sprint store i have ever been into. Have the people working stood around just talking. They couldn't even fix the phone lol.
