  I spent 2 hours at the kiosk trying to get all my info and pictures onto the phone i had purchased. The guy "helping" me kept answering his personal phone and not communicating with me as to what was taking so long or causing issues. He finally said the computer he was using didnt have enough memory to transfer all my stuff. He moved to another computer and said the same thing. After 2 hours he hands me my new phone and says he is done all my info would transfer in 10-15 minutes. 2 hours after i get home still no pictures. When i called i was told to wait 24 hours. 24 hours later no pictures. We came back in same guy was working he took my phone and said give him 20 minutes. I gave him 45 came back and still no pictures. I ended up having to purchase a flash drive to get my pictures. ILL NEVER USE A KIOSK AGAIN. RUDE EMPLOYESS THAT DIDNT SEEM TO KNOW WHAT THEY WERE DOING.

  The only Sprint store I will ever trust is the Thompson rd location. Thus store lied to me and told me I would spend 70 and that would cover me on my phone and accessories but failed to tell me they jacked up my bill 300 dollars more than I was quoted on the surface
