Worst customer service experience I have ever had. the manager John is very rude and very uniformed. His staff was unnatentive and short. I would recommend no one use this Tmobile outlet they do not care about the customer just the commission.

RIP OFF SCAM ARTISTS! SHOP HERE AT YOUR OWN RISK. Purchased two Galaxy S8's from this store under the Buy One Get One (BOGO) free program. The sales representative Mike and John said we would get our $800 back on a card and that we had to buy another line as well to qualify but we didn't have to use it. Guess what BOGO was denied!!! Additionally, both S8's will not stream video unless connected to WIFI. Data plan does not work as it is supposed to operate. NETFLIX and YOUTUBE do NOT work. We have spent hours and almost every Sunday for the last two months trying to resolve the issue. We have switched phones. I have talked to the store and they only submit a trouble ticket and nothing is EVER resolved. I have been told I have buyer's remorse and to suck it up because I am past my 14 day return period and now I must buy this phone that does not work. I was told I can send it in for a (used S8). I was also told that in order to get my BOGO offer I have to use my old S6 with the additional line SIM card for the next 8 weeks. Making the S8 (that still does NOT work) something I am paying on for what reason? Lastly, we have been told that management would call us but they never call. SO, NOTHING IS RESOLVED. I'M TOLD NOBODY CAN DO ANYTHING. IF YOU WANT TO TAKE THIS RISK THEN BY ALL MEANS SHOP AT THIS LOCATION. I will update this post if this is ever resolved. Additionally, I will be filing a BBB complaint, posting on social media, contacting local media, contacting corporate office, and filling a RipOffReport as well.
