A young man named Jacob helped me the last time I was at the store. He offered his help as soon as I came in the store. My phone had been going slow and freezing now for weeks. Jacob showed me tips for making my phone go faster and recommend I get a new battery because my phones storage was full. Since then my phone hasn't been freezing or going as slow. Everyone at this store offers great customer service and I will for sure me back in the future.
