  Help or it could be management are just TOO SMART FOR THEIR BRIGGES. Same as the AT&T off Rockville Rd in Avon store only so far. Tall lady said out cash was no good. So when asked for credit or debit. She was presented with the same Debit/Visa we get paid on as well as paying EVERY bill we have. But wasn't good enough after talking to management. Wow? What's crazy is your needing 6 lines w/ 6 top of the line phones. Like 90% of ppl who don't want to be upgrading in 6 months or for whatever the reason. The Lady came back w/ the biggest crok of BS I have heard in a good long while. Even though you gave me everything I asked for. Including lics and SS card. We still need a Major Credit Card...smh...w/ the question, " when did Visa fall off the map of majors?"...then suddenly I thought I best not stick around for this piece of info. Cause possibly one more judgement/no non-sense excuse I might have loss it. And it really felt like this tall Lady's attitude from the start was to see we don't get them phones. WHY? Felt like since it was the night before X-mas and you didn't get off work until 4pm and they are wanting close everything at 4pm and I still was dress in work cloths shopping. So even though we had more than enough cash, credit/debit Card and all other ID to prove your who you are. But her snobby ways straight out of Avon. (Not all that way) cost not only the phone sells and 24 month contracts. After over 20 years. I tried mine in for a MetroPCS

  Dani and Don handled a situation for me today in a very professional manner. Even though it involved the help of the the District Manager Ben to approve the situation whom overseas 11 stores. I was very impressed to say the least will definitely recommend this TCC store to others looking to get a very professional TEAM to handle customers with professional and courteous levels of customer care. Dani was also extremely friendly when putting on my High Quality Invisible First-Defense NanoGlass - Screen Protector for my Note 8. Extremely Satsified Customer!!! She also helped by taking the time with a smile to quote out a shared plan for a new phone for my wife.
